A tastefully furnished family home in the heart of South London. 1 x double room with a daybed that pulls out to Kingsize. 2 x children's bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with bunkbeds. Travel cot available on request. 2 x bathrooms: one with bath & shower and one with just shower. 1 x living room with TV Kitchen with large dining area and a private South-facing garden. The space This is our lived-in family home, which is perfectly set up for a family of up to five people. There are fast links into Central London with direct trains to Waterloo, Charing Cross and London Bridge in 20 minutes from the local train stations - Forest Hill and Lower Sydenham. Great restaurants and shops can be found in nearby Forest Hill, which is also home to the famous Horniman Museum. Mayow Park with its lovely cafe is just 10 minutes walk away, and there is a Blackbird Bakery among other useful shops just 15 minutes walk away on Sydenham High Street. Two large supermarkets are located just five minutes walk away from the house, making grocery shopping very easy! We cannot provide wardrobe/drawer space but a portable clothes rail can be assembled for guests on request. Guest access Two rooms in the house will be shut off to guests, the main bedroom and our small office at the back of the house. The rest of the house is free for guests to enjoy. Other things to note We can accommodate two adults and up to three children from no more than one household. Please do not try to book this accommodation for a larger group or for a combination of households. No parties or celebrations to be held at the house. Please look after our home! If we have to rectify any damage to the property/contents therein or if it is left in a particiularly bad condition this will be chargeable to the guest.
