The apartment hotel is suited for corporate travellers, families or relocating guests. The spacious apartment offer ultimate privacy in our buildings across the NewQuay Promenade. Each of the apartment is individually appointed, designed and styled to your needs. The space The hotel comes complete with a gym, guest lounge and meeting rooms. Guest access Please be aware in maintaining the highest levels of health & safety for our guests, some of the apartment services and leisure facilities may at times be unavailable or limited in order to adhere to current Victorian Government COVID -19 restrictions or as instructed by body corporate this is subject to change and can be with minimal notice, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. Any extra linen requests during your stay comes at an additional charge. ~ Long Stays ~ We accept long stays at this apartment, however any stay of 28 days or more, incurs an additional bi-weekly housekeeping to maintain the condition of our apartments and ensure hygiene standards for our guests. This service is an additional $99 per clean. Please note that daily housekeeping services are not included. If you would like daily housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Simply let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.
