This listing has a kitchen, so you can prepare your meals in the comfort of your own home. But you can start the day right in our newly launched dining hall, where we offer FREE breakfast. We don't skimp out on our guests, we give them nothing but the best. Our filling and delicious breakfast items will give you all the energy you need to start the day right! Tired from a long day? Take a relaxing dip in our unique swimming pool. We made use of Green Architecture so that you can enjoy a relaxing breeze all throughout the day (No Charge!). Are you more of an indoors type of traveler? We've got you covered! You can enjoy free and unlimited In-House Movies inside your bedroom where we give Free and Unlimited Netflix Access. What does every traveler need? WiFi! We take pride in offering one of the strongest WiFi connections in Manila - our WiFi can reach up to 300Mbps! Laundry service is also available until 4:00pm (closed on Sundays). Just bring your laundry to our lobby in the morning around 8:00am, and we will send it over to our partner laundry service. It will be ready for you the next day. (minimum of 6 kilos, 250 pesos). Guest access We don't like charging extra fees unless we absolutely have to (Like for extra services such as Airport Transfers, Extra Breakfast, etc). So we provide almost everything for free! Such as cleaning, wifi, netflix, pool access, and breakfast. The entire area is 100% WiFi Accessible. We do not charge any extra for swimming pool, or lounge access - and our office is fully committed to giving you everything else that you may need during your stay! Other things to note 1. Our location is not along the main road. Please view the location guide that we will send you after your reservation (It's just 5 short photos!) 2. Our WiFi security is quite strong, and sometimes blocks devices from accessing the internet. Don't worry, we can have it fixed within seconds! Just inform any staff member, and we will have it fixed in no time. 3. The Hairdryer and Iron is available upon request. Kindly inform us when you'd need it, and we will have it delivered to your room immediately! 4. Parking is subject to first come, first serve. Not to worry, if ever parking is full - we can allow you to park along our driveway, which is protected by our gates and 24/7 security.
