This 4 bedroom, 2 bath house is comfortably furnished with all your needs in mind. From including a dedicated desk/work area, to playpen & high chair, to spacious closets & patio outside, we hope you will book & enjoy our place. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Our location is near Bull Branch park and close by to Samsung and the Williamson Co. Expo Center. The space This cozy property has just what you need to give everyone their own space! Our aim is to make you comfortable at a home away from home while you are staying in Taylor, TX. Each bedroom has a ceiling or floor fan, and bedstands with lamps for lower lighting. There are plenty of outlets and places to charge your electronics. Bedroom 4 can be used with one bed and a table area or can be set up with the trundle or pack and play bed for young ones. For larger groups, we have a sofa that opens up into a full sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware~ and if that's not enough, head outside to use the propane grill while you sip your coffee or tea. Many mornings you'll be greeted by the local ducks stopping by to see who's around. The cozy dining area has room for the table to expand or to set up the high chair for a baby to sit comfortably at. Head out the door and cross the road to the ball parks and walking trails for some exercise. Having everything on one floor with a no-step entrance means grandma can come along too. Guest access The full house and yard is available for guests use. At this time, the garage is not available but there is plenty of parking available in the driveway for 4-6 vehicles. Other things to note Note that the property is a corner lot and is not fenced at this time, so please keep an eye on your children and animals. We ask that you include any pets in your booking. If service animals come along, we appreciate a head's up as well so we can appropriately assign our cleaning crew based on allergens.
