Garys Place (Rm #2)

A relaxed place for up to 21 days. Up to 2 week extension possible if guest has good reviews. Up to 1000 mbps wifi. Bookings before midnight qualify you to pop in after midnight. Three minutes from River Bend Hospital, four minutes from dozens of restaurants, eight minutes from Autzen Stadium, and less than fifteen minutes from Matthew Knight Stadium. Easy access to all freeways. Room has double bed, TV, and desk. Only one cleaning fee of $37 is charged per booking. The space We are very close to the freeways and all places in town, withing 20 min of everything by car. This is a quiet neighbothood, separated from the nearest main road by a soundwall. Guest access The back door is unlocked until midnight and the front door is available 24/7 by means of the access code (posted on the back of the front door). Guests have personal keys to private rooms, and access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, both bathrooms, and shower (one shower for everyone) Guests will find a well stocked kitchen for their breakfast needs. For other meals, if a guest wants to buy food and cook it, they are welcomed to the refrigerator, freezer, and stove/oven. Guests have complete access to the kitchen. We have what you need just ask or check the drawers and cupboards. Bathrooms are shared by all. I will be repeatedly cleaning the bathrooms and shower throughout the day and turning on the fans. Guests have access to the washer and dryer. It's $5/load. (one load max for single overnighters). Hallway cupboards and drawers are private supplies for the host, as are the two doors marked, "Storeroom". This is not the case in the kitchen or bathrooms. During your stay I have a room in the house and am available to assist guests with whatever they need. Guests are invited to please treat the house like it is theirs, with the exception of leaving toiletries in the bathrooms, since both bathrooms and the shower are shared by all. Please be open to adjusting your shower schedule if there are a lot of guests. This is hardly ever an issue. You may hang your towel to reuse in the bathroom, or take them to your room. Used towels and wash cloths that you are done with can be hung on the bathroom door to be laundered. If you'd like any cleaning done in the bedroom please let me know and leave your door open for me. I will be repeated cleaning the bathrooms each day but don't go into your rooms. The TV in the living room is always available for you the guest, whether I'm watching it or not. Please feel relaxed enough to enjoy the living room and kitchen. You may click earbuds into the remote control for the TV. The walls are not over-insulated so please be aware of the volume in in your room. If the bathroom door is shut, the wind may have blown it. Please just tap on the door, pause and enter. I will be cleaning the bathrooms continually and turning on the fans between showers. Other things to note We try to have it fairly quiet from 10:00pm to 8:00am Washer and dryer are available for $5 load w/soaps, etc. included. One night guests are limited to one load. Please always shut the bathroom door when the washer and dryer are running. If you ever encounter a closed bathroom door, just tap, pause, and enter. You are always welcome to shut any of the hallway doors if you'd like more quiet or privacy.
