Relax and watch a movie in the cozy living room with big comfy leather furniture. a gaming console and games are available for your relaxation. Want some quiet time, the library is a wonderfully serene place to sit and relax and do some reading. Close the beautiful 60 inch pocket door and enjoy the peace! The game room is a perfect place for fun with family and friends. Enjoy your favorite game at the comfortable eight seat poker table with the gang or shoot some pool. The game room is also a great place for the kids to have fun and allow the grown-ups some relaxation. All of the bedrooms are special and each decorated in its own special style. The master bedroom with a king size bed, has a very comfortable sitting area with coffee for some alone time in the morning before joining the group. The double full size bedroom is elegantly appointed in French country style with soft blues and whites and a tv. The large gazebo features an eight seat fire table and a large Jacuzzi hot tub for fun with the gang. The gazebo provides privacy surrounded by a fence and can be closed off further with drapes. Please keep the noise at a friendly level for our neighbors, thanks. Relax on the comfortable rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the small-town vibe. A one minute walk to downtown Hartville shops. A short drive to the Hartville Marketplace, US's largest indoor/outdoor flea market and Hartville Hardware, America's largest hardware store. Enjoy an Amish meal at Hartville Kitchen Restaurant & Bakery and browse the shops afterwards. Bike and walking paths at Quail Hollow State Park are 5 minutes up the street. Welcome! Guest access All areas of the house are accessible except the attic. Other things to note Thermostat is in the living room. Fire extinguisher hanging in kitchen. Hair dryer, first aid and sewing kit in downstairs bath cabinet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets are stocked in laundry. Kitchen has toaster oven, mixer, and all accoutrements for cooking available. Pack and play crib and booster chair stored in laundry room. I Guest access The entire home with the exception of the attic and back cellar are available for your use. Other things to note Strict No party policy. In the event of a party, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the home without refund. Also, absolutely no smoking inside of home. Ashtrays are provided outside. There will be an additional $250 cleaning fee if smoking occurs in home.
