The space Our modern end of terrace house is wonderfully located in the corner of a beautiful green within Marino. It feels peaceful and serene, yet you are a stones through from Dublin City. The house has a range of transport links with numerous buses on our doorstep, that take you into the city. Clontarf Dart station is a 10 minute walk away, allowing you to explore all that Dublin’s coastline has to offer- Howth, Malahide and Blackrock to name a few. We have three bedrooms upstairs (2 Doubles and 1 kids room) , however we can make the downstairs front room/ office into a bedroom if required. We also have another double sofa bed in the garden room which sleeps two people, and provides a workspace. Please note, there is no w/c in this room. The house has recently undergone an insulation retrofit, and is now an A-rated home for energy. The entire house has also been redecoration to a high standard. It’s equipped with all modern appliances, open plan living and a state of the art new kitchen. For those looking to enjoy the local area, we are a short stroll from Clontarf Promenade, Fairview Park and Drumcondra. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
