The center of Saint Jean de Monts is 2.7 km away on foot through the forest and 5 minutes by car. New Terrace, where you can enjoy your meals. The space ° A fitted kitchen with storage cupboards, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senseo espresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction hobs, hood, dishes, cooking utensils, a table and 4 chairs, a vacuum cleaner, a broom mop. ° A living room with a 140 X 190 sofa bed for 2 people. Mattress topper and bed linens provided ° A bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed for 2 people with a storage closet. Bed linen provided. ° A shower room with toilet. ° There is no dishwasher, no washing machine. For long stays, possibility to see with the owner to do laundry. Towels are not provided. ° Category 1 dogs are not allowed. A supplement is requested for the animal. Please kindly clean and tidy up at the end of the stay, whether it is a short or long stay. Other things to note Bedding is provided. Please remove the bed linens and place them in the laundry basket. The trash can must be emptied and the dishes are tidied up.
