Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You will enter from the back yard and have private access to the small studio at the rear of my home. The couch effortlessly transforms into a comfortable queen sized bed (NOT a fold out couch). Enjoy the sound of birds and landscaping views outside of the large windows. Please note that there is a 15' wide alley providing access to the property. It is well-lit with many actively-monitored cameras- but it is still an alley. The space This is a suite created on the back of my home. It has a private entry and no connection to my home- but it is not a stand-alone dwelling. As of April 2024, one can hear the floor squeak when someone walks upstairs. I am actively working to fix this minor inconvenience. The upstairs bedroom belongs to a 75 year old, who is usually in bed by 10:30pm. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the suite. They will have a key for the exterior gate, and a private code for the door to the room. Other things to note I understand some people may not feel comfortable walking into an alley at night - even one was spacious, well-lit and monitored as the one leading to the entry of the space.
