Villa St. Nikolaus is an approximately 150 square metre terrace flat with private sauna, park and own entrance in the border triangle of France, Luxembourg and Germany. It is located on the ground floor of our two-storey villa. Individual luxury and absolute tranquillity offer relaxation during wonderful hikes and cycle tours. Numerous cultural and culinary delights await you in the region, France is just a stone's throw away. The space You enter Villa St. Nikolaus via a private entrance on the ground floor. Next to the entrance area with cloakroom you will find the first bathroom with shower. Continue into the first living room with wood-burning stove, dining table, cosy sofa area and large TV. From the living room, you enter the fully equipped kitchen and the first bedroom with box-spring bed. This is followed by the second living room with a second fireplace and a gallery where the second bedroom is located. The two bedrooms can be separated from each other with a soundproof door if desired. Finally, you enter the fitness and spa area with Finnish sauna and second bathroom, also with shower. From the bedroom and living room you have access to the very large terrace with dining table and loungers through the floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms have a view from the plateau of the park into the greenery and the neighbouring Warndt forest. Guest access Separate access to the Villa St. Nikolaus flat.
