Kitchen with good facilities and dining area for 4-5 people. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Storage space in the garage and annex. Large nice outdoor areas with access to the river including a dinghy berth. Guest access Everything. Garage and annex only for simple storage e.g. bicycle golf equipment.
