This entrance allows for convenient, independent access without any interruptions. You'll have the entire basement unit to yourself, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and ensuite washer/dryer. Please note that the driveway is shared, although you will have access to a dedicated spot on the right side. Access to the backyard is not provided. Other things to note Please note that this is the lower unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from upstairs. Noise includes running water, footsteps, and some talking. Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). Guests will have access to one dedicated parking spot on the right side of the property. Access to the backyard is not provided to guests. We provide limited quantities (starter supply) of basic items to get your stay started, including paper towels, toilet paper, salt/pepper, and hand soap. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
