Double room, nice, spacious, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, 135 cm x 190 cm double bed, 2 bathrooms available for sharing. Good location, 3 minutes walk to the metro station (Juan de la Cierva), bus stop, 15 minutes from the Renfe Getafe central (4 stops from downtown Madrid) and 10 minutes walk from the Universidad Carlos III. All services are nearby: supermarkets, pharmacy, gyms, etc. The space The room is in a shared apartment and you may coincide with other guests. Your resting space is about 20 square meters. The room is spacious and very well lit. Guest access You can use the common areas, such as the living room, dining room, and TV. We don't have a stove, so you can't cook. Two of us live in the apartment and we have a small dog. Her breed is hypoallergenic. She doesn't shed hair and won't be in the rented room. In the back of the building, there is a spacious parking lot to leave your car. Alhóndiga Park is 20 minutes away, where you can walk or enjoy a picnic. Cerro de los Ángeles is another option to visit. Nearby are also major shopping malls such as Nassica or The Style Outlets Getafe.
