House on three levels in one of the most enchanting places in Numana, "la Costarella", a historic staircase that connects the historic center of the town to the beginning of the promenade. A few steps, or rather steps, from the beach and with a view of the coast from Numana Bassa to Scossicci. The space On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen equipped with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Then there is the living area with a dining table, air conditioning and a sofa that can be used as a double sofa bed. Small balcony overlooking the sea, with a small breakfast table. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom: one double and one single with a queen-size bed; bathroom with a small bathtub with a seat. Air conditioning and wardrobe in both bedrooms. On the top floor, there is a single bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There is air conditioning in the room and a shower and washing machine in the bathroom. On the same level is the large panoramic terrace with sun lounger and outdoor dining table. Guest access The house is spread across three levels, so there are stairs to reach both the bathrooms and the bedrooms. There is no TV or Wi-Fi. The house can only be reached on foot via the "Costarella" staircase. Parking: In Numana there are parking lots at a discounted rate of 2 euros, 3 euros and 5 euros for the whole day while on the promenade the hourly rate is €1.60. Parking is only available from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm from June 7 to mid September.
