Pool/spa heating under 28-night stays: Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $128 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat). Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Pool/spa heating for 28 days or more may increase the utilities. Monthly stays have a $20/day utility fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool during your stay and we will let you know the cost. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
