Description
We have a basement in our family house that is perfect for a University student. It has a bed and a couch and things you would need to be cozy and study. We have wifi. It is one big open space. There is a microwave and a mini fridge and coffee maker. It is drywalled and painted and has area carpets to stay comfortable. (and cute twinkly lights on the ceiling) There is heat downstairs as well. You can park in our driveway and there is a private entrance from the garage to go directly downstairs. The space Safe neighbourhood close to Crandall, NBCC, and UdeM. My daughter commutes to Mount A in Sciences daily. (25 min) During your stay always available by text
