Hi i am Nabomita Kar, me and my Brother (Niladri kar) both take care of this property. Its a great pleasure for someone like us who loves making new friends, to host people from different parts of the world. This place is unique, as it is on the ground floor of the apartment and also has its own separate entrance which makes this quite, private,and High speed wifi for Official work. unmarried couples are not allowed. For utensils if u want maid then u have to pay extra amount. The space This is a 1 bhk independent flat with all amenities and separate entrance. Property in ground floor located in Residencial area so it's sound less atmosphere, its hardly 100 mts from main road. Guest access Digital lock. Door open by host, it's digital lock working with wifi. We have kept spare key inside so that guest can easily open the door. Other things to note Checkin time is 12:00 and checkout time is 10:00 am. Please maintain this.
