The space The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the Green River. Tenants have full access to the river and it’s abundant wildlife. Guest access Full use of the house with two car garage and laundry room. Plenty of parking in the driveway and garage as well as the quiet streets. Other things to note You'll need to sign a waiver for the waterfront access and agreement when booking the home. Rental terms will be sent via contract for tenant to sign upon booking approval. If there are pets, they are conditional upon approval. Please message us the breed and quantity for consideration.
