Recently renovated, our vacation rental can accommodate up to 28 people and is perfectly suited for your family and corporate events. With a large reception room for your celebrations and workspaces for your seminars, we have everything you need for a successful stay. The space Inside the gîte you will find: - 13 rooms from 12 to 40 m2 with private shower room bathroom and toilet - an 80 m2 apartment comprising a equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a furnished living room - a 40 m2 reception hall - a 50 m2 bar room - a reception room of 130m2 - a 40 m2 semi-professional kitchen - an equipped laundry room In the music section (optional) are: - 3 classrooms from 8 to 22m2 - a 12 m2 office - a 14 m2 recording studio and its 8 m2 cabin Outside the cottage there is: - a small terrace - a terrace of 70 m2 - a large garden - a children's park - a parking lot The residence is easily accessible to people with reduced mobility. A fully equipped bedroom and bathroom allow wheelchair access. And above all, an elevator helps with moving between floors.
