In the heart of the historic center in a renovated period building, I offer a room with a double bed, a view of the charming alleys of the neighborhood and a small balcony where smoking is allowed (breakfast is not included but you will find a minibar, espresso machine, kettle - free coffee beans/tea) and a large bathroom covered in Italian marble for private use. I live in the house alone (95sqm ) and stylishly furnished there are designer objects, a large bookshelf and my record collection:I am a DJ. The space In the house you will have at your exclusive disposal: a large bedroom (17sqm) overlooking the charming alleys of the Marina district and with a small external balcony where smoking is allowed, a bathroom (6.5sqm), complete linen, a set of two pillows per person, blanket and extra blanket, mosquito nets on the windows, TV, two wireless fans, a small bluetooth speaker, umbrella for two people and a small beach umbrella. Breakfast is not included but in the room you will find a kettle, coffee, tea (free) and a minibar to store some food. Guest access You will have the bedroom and bathroom for your exclusive use. The apartment is on the second floor. I kindly ask you to let me know your arrival time so that I can personally welcome you home. During your stay I'm here to help with any information and suggestions to make your stay in the city more enjoyable. Other things to note To get home from the airport I recommend using the train, only 6 minutes and €1.30 for the ticket, from the central station in 3 minutes on foot you will reach your destination. At the entrance a webcam to monitor the entrances and activates only when they are not in the house. Payment of the city tax of €2 per person per day is required for the first 4 days.
