Apartment HoPla with mountain view - close to the Dolomites

We offer you relaxation on the outskirts of Sterzing in a nice apartment with balcony and mountain view. It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! The apartment is our second home, fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor! The space The living room is cozy with antique furniture, a round table and two sofas, as well as a TV on which German programs run via satellite. Other programs can be loaded on the TV via the Internet. The bedroom has a cozy double bed and a closet with a safe. From the south balcony there is a mountain view and you can make yourself comfortable on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and spices, sugar, tea, coffee, etc. are available. (Basic amenities) The bathroom has a spacious shower. The apartment is our second home and we have marked some cupboards with private. Guest access The entire apartment with balcony is to be used. The neighbors will also be happy to help you with any questions. Important: The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building to the north, as the house is built on a slope. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but the road on the back leads up, so you can walk into the apartment at ground level. If you are standing on the south side, you have to go around the whole building, because the key is at the entrance on the north side. Other things to note We work with the Sterzing Tourism Association and can offer the great Sterzing Card through the local tax. This means free travel by bus and train, discounts on mountain railways and admissions, etc. The Sterzing Card can be transmitted online - but the complete transmission of personal data must work. You can find out more on the Sterzing website. The nearest bus stop is approx. 3 minutes away. In about 20 minutes you can walk to the center of Sterzing. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor of the house and the entrance to the apartment is on the back of the house to the north. (Direction Thuins). From there you go on the ground floor into the house and to the apartment. You can also see this very well in the pictures. Parking is available along the house on the north side at the apartment entrance. There is no fixed parking space, so you have to look to see which parking space is free.
