Pretty in Pink Glamper Farm Stay & Pool & Hot tub!

NO CLEANING FEES! Our Pretty in Pink Glamper is available for guests to enjoy camping at its finest! At Riverview Ridge, Guests will encounter chickens pigs and goats next to the camper and have the opportunity to sign up for chores! We have 6 acres of woodland to explore. Outdoor firepit with free lumber! Outdoor charcoal grill. 12x25 foot shared Pool is available in the summer!! Shared hot tub is available year round! The space Beds- Our camper is suitable for up to three guests. The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress with comfy pillows and linens. There are two closets with hangers and several cubbies. There are two portable fans for your use and even a small sound machine next to the bed for a more calm experience! The bedroom has sliding doors for more privacy. The dining table folds down into a twin bed. Linens for this bed are under the table in a drawer. Dining- We have a small dining table with drawers full of games and books for some entertainment. We have two reclining theater seats for movie watching! Our tv has a DVD player and we have several DVDs. We have a Starlink WiFi router and Amazon fire stick for streaming. The kitchen boasts a propane stove and oven, apartment size fridge and freezer, large kitchen sink, and ample supplies for all your cooking needs. We are stocked with pots, pans, dishes, baking dishes, toaster, coffee machine and coffee, and more! We have an adorable charcuterie board and picnic basket for some outdoor fun. Bathroom- This small camper bathroom has several unique features. First, the shower has a retractable shower curtain so it’s not in the way of the small space. The shower is equipped with a shower head hose and shower essentials. We have several towels for guests to use. Second, this camper toilet like many requires some love. When flushing, use lots of water so nothing gets stuck. We will stock toilet paper for your use in the cupboard in bathroom. Please do not use any other kinds as it can get stuck in our tank. Finally, we are not hooked up to sewer. William will be by daily to empty the tanks into our portable tank so we can discard of the waste. Please let us know if it needs done more often due to shower usage. Camper features- we have a radio that also connects to Bluetooth and plays inside and outside the camper. The bedroom has phone chargers and there are several usb ports throughout the camper. We have AC and heat throughout the camper. Outdoors- Now onto the fun stuff! Right outside the camper we have a small fire ring, charcoal grill, and pool! We have installed a shared 12x25 foot pool in the front yard of the a frames and camper. It is chlorinated and filtered but not heated. The pool will be available seasonally and we will work to keep it scooped out everyday. If you have kiddos, keep an eye on them outside near the pool and they are not allowed in the pool without an adult. The pool is not available after dark. Next to the pool is our 5 person hot tub! Relax and unwind after a long day of Branson adventures. The hot tub and pool are shared between the Glamper and the Goebel families. At Riverview Ridge, We have 6 acres of land for guests to explore! Right behind the camper is our goat pig and chicken pen. While you may not enter the pen without one of us, we would love for you to meet our animals. We have seven goats, four pigs, and lots of chickens- the chickens live in the red shipping container at the beginning of our property and free range throughout the yard. You are welcome to sign up for chores such as feeding or cleaning the pens! Past the pens, we have our Air Bee n Bee where we will have a colony of 15,000 bees making honey! And beyond that is our mini orchard starting to grow. Directly in front of the camper is a round driveway with our home and then two a frames that Joe and Kiane live in. Past the two new builds, we have started to make some walking paths onto more of our land. Feel free to check out those woods that will one day be home to off grid mini a frames! Guest access The full camper is for your use. Outside of camper, you’ll have access to a small seating area, grill, and fire pit. Behind the camper is the goat and chicken pen. This area is off limits without Bri or William present although you are more than welcome to animal watch from your camper or seating area. We live on property and are building more rentals on the property so those homes are not for your use. The pool and hot tub is shared. Pool is seasonally available but year round hot tub. We do have 6 acres of wooded area to explore! Parking is for one car- to the right of the camper as you pull into the driveway. The access road to the right needs to stay clear so William has access to the animals and machine shed. Other things to note This is a homestead! There are wild animals on property. While we love our goats pigs and chickens, please be aware that they are still wild animals that could be potentially dangerous. The pens will remain locked when we are not in there with you. There is a camera installed on the goat pen for their safety as we’ve had other wild animals kill several of ours and we hope to prevent that by keeping an eye on them. Quiet hours- 10pm-6am. If you are outdoors during that time, keep your noise levels down. No smoking inside. You may smoke or vape outside the camper but any evidence of smoking inside will result in additional cleaning charges.
