Fully equipped with all you need for your stay; perfect for couples, business travelers, students! Located 3 min away from the State Farm Stadium, 4 min from Westgate mall and 5 min from the Tanger Outlets, Topgolf and more to make your stay more pleasant. Guests will have access to a kitchen, spacious living room, parking, and other areas in the complex. The space Comfortable room located in Glendale, AZ. The room counts with a Queen Size bed with two pillows, a blanket, bedsheets, a ceiling fan, 43'' smart tv and closet. This room will share a bathroom with other two rooms (two sinks, toilet and a bathtub). Access to all the common shared areas like kitchen, pantry, laundry, utility, living and dining room except for the other rooms and bathrooms (this is room 5). The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, a blender, coffee maker and toaster. Living room includes a sofa, coffee table and a 55'' smart TV. The dining room has a beautiful 6-seats dining set. Laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and sink. Utility room has all the necessary equipment to clean and maintain all areas clean, you can also find a steamer for clothes here. The patio has 2- seats set and a coffee table to enjoy the weather outside. The complex has a community pool and recreation areas and this is the perfect location with tons of entertainment, supermarkets and shopping within 5-10 min. *Parking for this room is 1 spot on the street. Parking on the driveway and in front of the garage door is not allowed. **2 GUEST MAX** **NO PARTIES OR EVENTS** **NON SMOKING HOUSE** **NO PETS** Guest access The main entrance smart lock, the garage door and the guest rooms electronic keypads will have a 4-digits pin code provided to you for your stay! Guests will have access to all the common areas but not to other rooms or bathrooms. (This is room #5) During your stay For any help or questions we are available at any time to help through the Airbnb platform and email. Other things to note **15 days stays max. **Property use is Residential only. **No Excessive or Obscene Noise Outside or Inside. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times especially after 9pm. **Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the house** **There's a deep cleaning fee of $200 if the "NO SMOKING" rule is broken or if the room requires it.** **A $200 fee will be charged if any house rule is broken.** **No Extra/ Visitors / Unauthorized Guests.** **No Pets. **No Parties or Events. **If you are using the kitchen, the noise must be kept to a minimum especially during the Quiet Hours (9pm-7am) to avoid disturbing the rest of the guests. **Do not use the Laundry Room during the Quiet Hours (9pm-7am) **You must be always dressed when using the common areas. **Check in is anytime after 3pm. **Check out is anytime before or at 11am. **There’s a late check out fee of $40 when you leave after 11am.** **If you book you must stay there, we do not accept booking on behalf of others. **Only +21 year olds can book the facilities. **Parking for this room is on the street around our house, parking on the driveway is not allowed! **We kindly ask our guests to help us preserve the cleanliness and quality of our bed linens. Please be careful when using makeup, skincare products, lubricants or consuming food and drinks on the bed. Significant damage or excessive staining may result in additional charges.** **Please avoid leaving items inside the common areas. The owner and staff are not liable for any loss or damages.
