Ever wanted to stay in a stable house, but with cabin vibes, peace for miles, tennis court and private river access- you've found it! Our converted former horse stable house is tiny but mighty, set amongst manicured grounds which form part of 100 acres of pure Australian farm and bush land. You'll have access to your own private tennis court, a swim and fishing spot and private access entry. This is the ultimate in tiny house luxury, remote enough to feel away from it all. A must stay! The space Our property features 100 old year barn wooden doors, property used to be a horse stable which we converted into a tiny house. It has the latest in technology being Sonos system, air conditioning and fire place. Location is near Webbs Creek, which is near Wisemans Ferry. Closest Woolworths is near Glenorie or if you head over ferry there is Wisemans Ferry Grocer. You'll have your own private tennis court and access to Hawkesbury River via your own private beach and fire pit. Farm has donkeys and cows and the odd goanna and plenty of bird life, you'll hear all the action at dusk and dawn. Our farm is routinely fobbed which vastly reduces mosquitos and other pests. There are plenty of walking trails around the property as it sits on 100 acres of pure Australian farm. You'll wake up to fresh Australian bush air and enjoy watching the stars. Guest access You'll have the entire tiny house, Court access, beach and fire pit area. We encourage people to bring carrots for the donkeys to make forever friends, our donkey Kevin in particular loves dogs. Other things to note Key Pickup: The key pickup location is from a secure lockbox located at the property. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date Please bring some treats for the donkeys, in particular Kevin, who had a rough time last year as his girlfriend Cupcake passed away. We got three more donkeys but the males Kevin and Jacko are currently fighting for dominance. Feed Kevin first and he might not kick up a fuss when you feed Jacko.
