The space Our property offers a variety of shared spaces designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying time together. Guests can take advantage of the clubhouse, pickleball court, and comfortable common areas throughout the property. Our pool is only available March - Nov 1. For planned gatherings, we also offer reservable spaces including the Event Room, Commercial Kitchen, and Outdoor Pavilion. If you’re interested in hosting a larger gathering or event, please reach out to us in advance so we can review availability and help you plan accordingly. We do not approve any parties without prior Manager approval and an Event Space must be reserved. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, clubhouse, and pickleball court daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Our Mercantile Store is open Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, though hours may vary seasonally. The property also features walking paths for a relaxing stroll and a dog run, available to guests who have added a pet to their reservation. Whether you’re looking to stay active or simply unwind, our shared amenities are here for you to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from Lake Texoma and downtown Denison, Texas, Tiny Home Resorts offers easy access to the lake, local dining, shopping, and small-town charm—without sacrificing peace and privacy. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen Bed in the downstairs bedroom 2 Queen Beds in the lofts (Loft Height: 5’3”) Loft Access: Ladder + Ladder Bathroom: Compact and efficient 36 sq. ft. bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus shampoo, conditioner, and body gel provided. Kitchenette & Dining: Everything you need for simple meals, including: Hotplate, microwave, and toaster 10.1 cu. ft. dorm fridge/freezer Coffee maker, cutting board, dish soap, and drying rack Living Area: Relax on the futon sofa and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with loft fans and lighting, and charge devices easily with USB outlets. Outdoor Space: Unwind outside with your own private firepit, picnic table, grill, and outdoor seating—perfect for s’mores, grilling, or stargazing. Please Note: The Boho is not pet-friendly.
