*Short stay avail on separate listing* Quite area in Tokyo, with green and river nearby. An ideal location to take a break from all the hustle and bustle in one of the busiest cities in the world, yet only 15-min away from Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Kichijoji by train. The house is just 3-min walk from Nishi-Eifuku station. The room is equipped with what you may need and more - from kitchenware, washer/dryer, bathroom and shower room, toilet and wash basin on each floor, to a huge storage/closet. The space The house used to be my grand parent's residence, newly refurbished from top to bottom, but I kept some typical Japanese features - like a Japanese tatami room where guest can try sleeping in the futon mattress, or universal design bathroom in consideration of the elderly. A spacious kitchen to cook your daily meals, a counter table for a quick bite, sunny and spacious dining/living room with a comfy sofa and fine audio. Guest access Only one side of balcony is staff exclusive. The other is open for drying clothes. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: When you send the booking request, please always include the info as below - to prove you have thoroughly read this listing, and to avoid any mismatch upon your arrival: 1) age of all members in the group (please type in alphabet) Please note that this house is not childproofed, and may not be suitable for young children. 2) travel party (family, friends, business, etc.) 3) estimated check in/check out time (flight info if available) 4) number of beds and futon required (please refer to the listing pictures) In some of the rooms I can remove one bed to make more space if necessary.
