Please take off your shoes to protect the oak stairs. Here you will find the modern kitchen with a large dining table, ideal for cozy dinners. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher, oven, steam oven, warming drawer, Nespresso coffee machine and induction cooktop. Through large sliding doors, you have direct access to the sunny garden, perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing afternoon. From the garden, there is a handy storage room with a back entrance. Here you can easily grab a bike to explore the city. Upstairs is the spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area and a TV with Chromecast/AirPlay. For a unique moment of relaxation, you can lounge in the hanging net, a perfect place to chill. The second floor houses two cozy bedrooms and a separate, modern bathroom. The bedroom on the garden side has a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), while the bedroom on the front is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm). The bathroom has a toilet, shower and a lovely bath. On the third floor is the master bedroom with a generous bed (180x200 cm). From this room, you have access to two balconies: on the street side where you can dine with four people in the evening sun, and on the garden side through a sliding door, for a quiet start to the day. This home is ideal for couples or families with older children. Please note, the house is not suitable for young children.
