Not far from the university and the historic center of Caen (shops, shopping, discoveries, restaurants...). The space This attic studio consists of a living room in which you will find a "kitchen" area, a table, a shower, a toilet, a sink and a double bed of 140 x 190 cm This apartment has been fully furnished with objects from "resourceries" (with the exception of the bedding which is new) This is a resource conservation and circular economy approach that also makes it possible to offer this accommodation in the very center of Caen at an attractive price. The original configuration of the accommodation has also been preserved. You will therefore have a shower, sink and toilet (the only element that has been added). You will have understood, if you are a fan of designer furniture and Swedish equipment: this apartment is perhaps NOT for you 😂 Conversely, if you like mismatched vintage items and amenities are not your priority: you will love it! ❤️ The price of the cleaning includes cleaning and the supply of linen (One large towel provided per person, sheets, floor mats, dish towel...). During your stay, we provide you with all the consumables to start your stay in the best conditions (Shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towels...).
