Farm-based family mobile home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful farm-based getaway. Set in Dunswell, a small village just outside of Hull, our Airbnb offers one double and two single beds, and a large sitting room, including a television with a FULL Sky TV package; including movies, kids, and sports. The kitchen/diner includes an espresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and toaster. We are fully dog friendly with an enclosed garden and there is plenty of space and equipment for children to play. Other things to note Included in your stay is a small welcome pack that contains chocolates, espresso pods, small bottles of essentials, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and a bag of dog treats. If you would like use of a freezer, please just let us know, as we have one up and running outside anyway! If you want to smoke there is an ashtray outside the door for your use. Strictly no smoking inside the static, please. The television in the mobile home is connected to SKY and has a full package. This includes kids channels, movies and sports, so there should be something for everyone! There is a selection of outdoor toys and equipment under the covered pallet store in the mobile home garden. Please use as you wish! Under that pallet is also a BBQ that is for your use, too. Inside you will find a charcoal pack ready to go and there is a firelighter in the kitchen. BBQ utensils are in the kitchen. We are very dog friendly here. Your furry friends are very welcome. The garden is secure but please keep your dog on a lead outside of the mobile home as we have other dogs, horses, cats, and livestock around. There is a dog bed and dog towel in the mobile home. Please can you let us know if your dogs are coming so we can supply a bag of treats for them and poo bags You are welcome to go walking in our fields, though please do not enter fields that have horses in. Be aware that all electric fencing is on. It isn’t dangerous but can make your hair stand on end! We also have a newly opened 1 acre secure dog field which you as our guests are welcome to use when it is empty (please enquire with us prior to use). It has a range of agility activities for your dogs to enjoy. Please shut all gates behind you. Please do not feed the horses. There is lots to do in the local area and we have provided some leaflets in the mobile home for you. There is an activity park just up the road towards Beverley, next door to our left offer alpaca walking, Hull is on our doorstep, we are 30/40 minutes away from beautiful beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes away from the North Yorkshire moors. Just Eat deliver just about anything to our door, so feel free to make use of them, too! During the winter months it can get cold in the static We provide additional heaters should you wish and their are also spare duvets in the cupboard Kate, Nelson, and Sam will usually be around.
