Only the front driveway is included, fits up to 5-6 cars. 3. Private Dock Access: Our private dock, conveniently located across Lake Howard Street, offers picturesque views. However, please be advised that it is for sightseeing purposes only; boat docking is not available at this time. 3. Security Measures: For your peace of mind, please be aware that the house is equipped with cameras. Rest assured, these cameras are disconnected during your stay. 4. House Rules: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises. Additionally, disruptive parties or events are not allowed and may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 5. Pet-Friendly Policy: We welcome furry companions with a maximum of two pets per reservation. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 applies.
