We can also add extra touches for your special occasion. The space Our one bedroomed apartment with King Size bed, and large fitted wardrobes, is suitable for short or longer stays. Whether it's a romantic break, a place to stay to visit your York Uni son or daughter, attend an event at The Barbican, or just somewhere for some quiet time, this apartment has it all. It offers a high quality shower room, with super fluffy towels, large living area, with period features, a luxurious four seater sofa for extra comfort, along with dining area and separate fully fitted, well equipped kitchen. Parking in the onsite secure car park is also included in the price for this central York, riverside property. There's a smart TV for you to connect to all of your favourite channels, a washer/dryer, coffee machine, and all the mod cons you expect from a high quality stay. Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard this is truly a home from home. Whilst within the city walls, and very close to all of the main York attractions, our guests often compliment us on how quiet and peaceful the location is. Whilst we hope you have everything you need for a fabulous stay included, we are able to provide little extras to make your stay even more special for a small additional charge such as early check in/late check out, flowers or chocolates in the room, a balloon arch, or really anything else you may like us to provide. Please just ask, and we can set this up. You can enjoy riverside views from the apartment, and a beautiful 5 minute riverside walk into the main part of the city with museums, historic sites, and fabulous places to eat and drink in abundance. There's no need for a car to enjoy an amazing stay at this place, as it really is so close to the centre, and many guests travelling by car, simply park up, and leave their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Guest access Guests enter the property via the communal entranceway, and can use lift or stairs to reach the apartment. There is a lovely Riverside area to enjoy, open to all guests, and also communal bin and recycling area, as well as a secure cycle store if needed.
