Rejuvenate in a room in this shared home in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Enjoy a spacious living area, hot tub private to the home residents, and the plentiful outdoor space for a relaxing retreat or home away from home while you’re working in the area or visiting. The bathroom is shared as are the living areas. This is the bottom floor of a duplex, and the owner lives on that floor. The space There are heated floors on all areas of the home not covered by carpeting, so your feet stay cozy! This is the bottom floor of a two story duplex, with the bottom floor being it's own 4-bedroom home. The owner lives in the unit, and you'd be renting a bedroom (or two? discuss!) in the shared living space. There's a large living area with attached dining space, a galley kitchen, a laundry room with a dog wash (no current dogs), and there's a large yard shared with the upstairs unit.
