The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry area. All rooms are separate and the garage is closed and covered. Gate with lift control. It has the basics needed for a comfortable stay with great cost/benefit. We do not accept pets. The space All spaces have comfort and the necessary for a comfortable, well-located and safe stay. We do not accept pets. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for the guest. It is not shared with others. We do not accept pets. Other things to note The environment is organized, clean and contains basic items such as pots, cutlery, pans, pizza pan if you want to make your food. We leave some cleaning supplies in case you need them. When you leave, leave the space organized. Take out your trash and dispose of it in the trash cans in front of the condominium. We are not responsible for objects left in the garage or inside vehicles 🚗
