The last 10 minutes of the drive is on a county maintained dirt road however conditions exist where you need a 4WD vehicle** **Beautiful and rural mountain area. Please be mindful that winter driving conditions do exist. While the roads are county maintained and plowed, the county focuses on main streets first and can sometimes be a bit of a wait for plowing during big storms.** * This home is located in the Central Rockies at approx 11,150 ft elevation. Please be advised that elevation and weather should be considered when deciding if this location is appropriate. * Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult. HOUSE RULES Parking: • No parking on county roads • Please only park in the driveway • Maximum of 3 cars • NO RV Parking on property • NO ATV/OHV Riding on property Fires: • No charcoal fires • No outdoor fires • Please turn off propane after using grill on the balcony Snow Removal: • There is a snowplow service that will arrive during and after snow • There is a shovel on the deck as well as at the base of the stairs should you need it • Please be mindful of icy/slippery conditions Noise: • No parties at all • This is a quiet area and while you cannot see your neighbors they can hear you. Please be respectful • Quiet Hours: 10pm – 8am Pets: • Maximum of 1 well behaved and trained dog allowed • Failure to notify host of pet will be grounds for immediate termination of your stay • There is a bin with sheets and blankets marked “dogs” next to the door. Please cover any furniture with these if your pet will be on it • Do not leave your dog on the deck alone. This is for the sake of our neighbors as well as the local wildlife • You are staying in a remote area and there is large wildlife present. Do not allow your dog in the yard unaccompanied, this includes the fenced in section.
