A peaceful haven amongst the rolling Cornish countryside. The Mowhay is a spacious and comfortable holiday home in mid-Cornwall, close to both coasts and the cathedral city of Truro. The accommodation benefits from a sizeable open plan kitchen/living space with a dining table and sofas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. French windows open onto an enclosed garden with grassed and patio areas which has views across rolling countryside and a private six-seater hot tub. The space Ground floor accommodation only. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher Utility Room: Fridge, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Basin, Toilet Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed (can be made up as two single beds on request at time of booking) Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Basin, Toilet Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for six people. Private parking for 3 cars. Electric vehicle charging available on site (payable at time of use). Guests are not permitted to charge vehicles using the cottage electric sockets. No smoking. Travel cot and highchair are provided - guests to provide bedding for cot. Please request travel cot in advance. Ground source heat pump underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included (winter only). Please bring beach towels and do not take the towels provided to the beach. Up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at an additional cost (must be requested at time of booking). Dogs are not permitted on any furniture and are not to be left unattended in the cottage or garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and garden. GUESTS MAY NOT ACCESS THE SURROUNDING FIELDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Other things to note During the peak season (school holidays) The Mowhay is available for a minimum 7 night stay, with arrival and departures on Fridays only. During the rest of the year, there is a 3 night minimum stay with flexible arrival and departure days - please enquire with the dates you require. The cottage is in a quiet, rural area and is accessible via Cornish lanes which can be narrow in places. Please respect our neighbours and their livestock. Fireworks, drones or other devices or activities which may disturb the surrounding properties are not permitted.
