The space Aleramo is our wonderful accommodation obtained from the recovery of the body of the "Scou", the ancient place where the house chestnuts were once dried. The environment is spread over two floors joined by a wooden staircase: the ground floor, which houses the beautiful living area with kitchen and fireplace, is directly connected to the inner courtyard. On the first floor, attic, you'll find the sleeping area and an elegant bathroom for exclusive use. The property is able to accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a double bed, a fixed sofa bed, a hidden pull-out bed, and a comfortable cot. A final gem: from a characteristic window, where chestnuts were once passed, today you can admire an evocative view of the entire estate. La Riserva e la Cascina Our home is a jewel nestled in the Ligurian hills, where wild nature lives in harmony with the authentic essence of life: where every step turns into a journey through the centuries. If you want to rediscover the pristine beauty of the wildest and most authentic nature, this is the perfect place for you. Bed sheets, pillows and duvets (four seasons) are included in the living room. The bathroom set is included and includes a shower towel, a face towel and a bidet. The cost of underfloor heating is already included in the price. Wi-Fi is free and the password will be provided when you arrive. Tables and deck chairs are available in the outdoor areas for lunch and relaxation. If you love the barbecue, you will have a grill to use by prior agreement with the owners. It is possible to agree with the owners on any use of the washing machine. Garage, workshop and e-bike charging are always available to shelter, repair, and recharge your bikes. Other things to note The house has numerous steep stairs that can be an obstacle for small children, the elderly and people with motor problems. Inside the apartment there is everything you need for your stay: blankets, pillows, towels, cooking pots and dishes.
