He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters~Psalm 23:2 The space We are a newly developed and family-owned campground in historic Townsend, TN. With 40 beautiful acres with nearly 1800 ft of frontage to the Little River and situated at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Just 2 miles from the Cades Cove entrance of the GSMNP, Townsend has been named The Peaceful Side of the Smokies, and our campground is exactly that, "Peaceful." We hope that you enjoy the tranquility that our property provides. Since we are newly developed, we are lacking some amenities that you would find at your seasoned campgrounds. We will continue to grow and be a work in progress to hopefully provide you and your family an enjoyable and relaxing place to come to for generations to come. We offer you a little slice of camping experience by sharing a 2021 Autumn Ridge 23’ camper. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to this 2021 model 23’ camper and the grounds of Smoky Waters Campground. Other things to note Instructions will be provided in person for any guest not familiar with the functionality of a camper.
