Family friendly. Located inside city limits in Mount Vernon Ohio. We are 55 and an older community. Peaceful and quiet place to stay. Snow removal and salt application during winter season is not provided. This will be the occupants responsibility. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower. Kitchen includes dishes, cookware and silverware. 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. SNOW REMOVAL AND SALT APPLICATION DURING WINTER SEASON IS NOT PROVIDED. THIS WILL BE THE OCCUPANTS RESPONSIBILITY. Guest access Entire house is yours Other things to note Located inside city limits. NOTE: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets to the furniture or house. Pets are required to be caged when left alone.
