Welcome to our lovely lakefront retreat, nestled just 5 minutes away from the heart of West Branch yet enveloped in serene natural beauty. This delightful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility for your getaway. A patio with BBQ Grill and Bonfire Pit overlooking the lake make this the ultimate Up North experience. The space This is a Lake Front ranch style house situated as the last house on a dead-end street. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed with an open floor plan. There is a cement patio on one side of the house and a wood deck on the lake side of the house. This house is past the bridge on Flowage Lake. Lake access from our yard is best for kayaks. Larger boats will not fit under the bridge. There is no public access for Flowage Lake. Wildlife viewing from our yard is a treat! We have seen bald eagles, muskrat, beavers, deer, turkey, geese, ducks, etc. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, front yard, back yard and the lake.
