The Airport is 45 minutes away! The space Upon entering you will find a spacious garden, with room for two internal parking lots and three external parking lots. Subsequently, on your right you will see a bar area and on the left you will take you to an area to relax with hammocks and prepare asados on our charcoal barbecue with your partner, family or friends. As you go through the house and go up, you will start to contemplate the beautiful view towards the sea that our villa has. Plus, you'll be surprised to see the modern, avant-garde architecture that has KB OCEAN VIEW VILLA. In front there will be a refreshing pool with its respective terrace and sitting area with hanging chairs. On the first level, you will find the living room overlooking the pool, which has air conditioning, with its respective kitchen of two electric burners, fully equipped, with refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, in addition, it has a mini bar and within this space we have a flex area to rest or read a good book. Then, you will go through a glass door and there is bedroom 3 that has air conditioning, a cozy queen bed and a "55" TV with Netflix included; it has its own bathroom, two sinks, shower, with luxury finishes and small closet to store your belongings. On the second level, you will find a second kitchen with two electric burners, with refrigerator, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. A guest bathroom with shower, which has luxury finishes. You will find the bedroom 2 with its cozy queen bed, night tables, lamps, mirror and air conditioning. And later you will find the master room, with a king bed, this room has the most privileged view, it has its own bar with two armchairs looking towards the sea, a comfortable armchair so you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises, also has air conditioning, a piece of furniture that you can move to watch TV with Netflix included. From this room you will have access to the terrace where you can practice yoga, your morning exercises with the sound of the sea in the background, or simply appreciate the beautiful view of the ocean and delight in the sunsets that are painted in our country El Salvador.
