With stunning ocean views, it invites you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of serenity and elegance. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of six 18+ guests (NO CHILDREN ALLOWED), four minutes drive from the famous "Playa El Tunco", you can explore one of the most sought after waves, get to know the best restaurants, bars and disco in the area that are a must! The Airport is 45 minutes away. The space Upon entering you will find a large garden, with space for two internal parking lots and three external parking lots. Later you will see on your right a covered space that has a large table, with warm light so that you can enjoy your favorite drinks or delicious dishes with your group, you will have at your disposal a gas barbecue to prepare roasts. On the left side, you will walk through a terrace that will take you to an area to relax with hammocks next to your partner, family or friends. As you tour the house and go upstairs, you will begin to contemplate the beautiful view of the sea that our villa has. You'll also be surprised to see KB OCEAN VIEW VILLA's modern and avant-garde architecture. In front will be a refreshing pool with its respective terrace and seating area with hanging chairs. On the first level, you will find the living room overlooking the pool, which has air conditioning, with its respective kitchen with two electric burners, fully equipped, with a refrigerator, coffee maker and cooking utensils, in addition, it has a mini bar and within this space we have a flex area to rest or read a good book. Then, you will go through a glass door and there is bedroom 3 that has air conditioning, a cozy queen bed and a 55-inch TV with Netflix included; it has its own bathroom, two sinks, shower, with luxury finishes and a small closet to store your belongings. On the second level, you will find a second kitchen with two electric burners, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and cooking utensils. A guest bathroom with shower, which has luxury finishes. You will find bedroom 2 with its cozy queen bed, nightstands, lamps, mirror and air conditioning. And then you will find the master room, with a king size bed, this room has the most privileged view, it has its own bar with two armchairs facing the sea, a comfortable armchair so you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises, it also has air conditioning, a piece of furniture that you can move to watch TV with Netflix included. From this room you will have access to the terrace where you can practice yoga, your morning exercises with the sound of the sea in the background, or simply appreciate the beautiful ocean view and enjoy the sunsets that are painted in our country El Salvador. Guest access - You'll have access to the entire home. - We have a mini bar, various alcoholic beverages for an additional cost. - You'll have access to a refreshing pool. - You will have access to a gas barbecue. KB Villa to San Salvador Volcano - 58 minutes - Smart TVs have Netflix - Both levels of the house are NOT connected by internal stairs, access is independent. - Take into account that the property is located on the beach, and although periodic fumigation is carried out, there is always the possibility that you will find some insect or some situation of nature over which we do not have total control. Please let us know if there is anything that bothers you so that our maintenance staff can take care of it and help you. - Visitors are not allowed. - Children are not allowed to enter - Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to enter. - Pets of any size or breed are not allowed. IMPORTANT NOTE!!! Due to a system ERROR, the Airbnb platform's GPS misloaded the location and it appears that we are 1 minute from "El Tunco" Beach. This was reported to Airbnb customer service, however, there is no way to change it, so we are clarifying it. The house is located 2 MINUTES BY CAR to "El Majahual" beach and 7 MINUTES WALKING. Access to the beach is through consumption in restaurants, which you will find in front of the house. The house is about a 5-minute drive to El Tunco beach and a 25-minute walk!
