Fly direct Ryanair, Stansted to Clermont 45 mins from our gite. We welcome children to enjoy this ancient farm and relax in your private garden, pool and BBQ area. Enjoy fantastic elevated view of the countryside. 5 km from a swimming lake with amenities at Le Vernet La Varenne. The area is perfect for walking and cycling and many more activities. The space We have 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin. The lounge, dining area, kitchen and down stairs toilet are on the ground floor with French and English TV. The master bedroom and family bathroom are on the first floor and the remaining double and twin are on the top floor. There is a private garden with a pool, dining and BBQ areas, supplied with outdoor furniture and parasol. Guest access There is private parking opposite the gite and also outside the main gates where there is also plenty of extra space to relax and play games.
