Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment, just 5 minutes walk to the town and harbour. Close to everything yet surprisingly quiet. We have a designated parking space, 2 bedrooms - a double and a single with a travel cot available. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, WiFi and a smart TV. A perfect base for exploring the beautiful English Riviera. The space Stylish modern apartment with open plan living space, 2 bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed) and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Set on the ground floor at the bottom of a steep driveway in a block of 13 apartments, it’s in a quiet area just a few minutes away from the town centre. We have tried to provide everything you need for a relaxing break by the sea. We provide clean comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, a smart tv with Netflix etc. and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for longer stays. There is great WiFi and a large dining table if you plan on working and well equipped kitchen for whipping up a delicious meal. We are happy for you to bring one small, well behaved dog, but we ask that they are not left on their own in the apartment. Please bring a blanket for them if they are used to being on the sofa/bed. We do not have any outside space at the apartment and green areas around the town centre are limited. However Berry Head Nature Reserve is just a 5 minute drive away. Guest access The apartment is self contained with its own front door. There is level access from the car park except a step up into the front door. The key will be available in the key safe for check in. The code will be text to you on the day of your arrival. Please note the driveway down to the car park is fairly steep with limited visibility in places. Other things to note The apartment is situated at the bottom of a steep driveway. Parking is available in the car park at the bottom of the driveway which is fairly steep with limited visibility in places. We are happy for guests to bring one small well behaved dog. We ask that dogs are never left in the apartment on their own. Whilst we are happy to accommodate your fury friend we do not have any outside space and green areas are limited around the town centre. We do have Berry Head Nature Reserve just a 5 minute drive away.
