Our house is carefully decorated inside & outside. Pergola, dining areas, plancha, garden furniture, sunbeds, large terrace, umbrellas. everything is thought out for a great stay. (we are there very often). The space Our "bastide" type villa (130 m2) is totally independent, on 2000 m2 of planted and wooded land. Access through an electric gate. Possibility to park the car on the property. the rooms are upstairs - air conditioning in each room. Ground floor: entrance, L-shaped living room: living area with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining area with a table for 6 people, equipped kitchen open to the living room, pantry (LL + a second fridge), toilet & sink. Direct access to a large terrace covered by a pergola, equipped with a large table and 8 chairs. (for lunches and dinners) A shaded area (in the morning) in the garden with a round table + chairs for breakfast A garden lounge area, with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs + coffee table (for coffee and aperitif) 6 deckchairs around the pool. Several parasols including 2 on wheels. Floor: 3 spacious bedrooms available with air conditioning, storage and pool and mountain views: A parental area with integrated bathroom + 2 double bedrooms + an independent bathroom + independent toilet. Our house is carefully decorated, it is comfortable and pleasant and has all the necessary amenities (we are there very often). Located in a very quiet area, so no partying or noise, or groups of young people. Our pool is open and unprotected, we ask for a waiver of liability, especially in the presence of children. A person comes by for pool maintenance every other day. Telephone exchange required with the owners before entering the house. A flat rate of €150 is required for cleaning. Guest access Entire house except one bedroom for our personal belongings, or 3 bedrooms out of 4.
