It's close to hospital, supermarkets, malls, fast food restaurants, parks, highway and easy access to the metro lines. The room is located in a spacious basement (92 square meter) with its own entrance. This is the master bedroom and it has 14.88 sqm (160 sqft) of space counting the closet. It includes Queen size bed, table, 2 chairs, 1 mirror, 1 bookcase, 2 nightstands and a drawer. It's ideal for couples, friends or even single, it also fits comfortable a mattress in the floor. The bathroom measures 3.8 sqm (40.9 sqft) and the living room + dining room measure 28.75 sqm(309.5 sqft) together. You will be provided access to the high speed internet available. It's a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Guest access You can access the bathroom, laundry, living room and kitchen. You can easily reach downtown by public transportation, which includes a combination of bus and subway rides. Depending on the time and place you leave, the journey usually takes about 30-50 minutes. Please note that buses and trains run less frequently during nighttime hours. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels during these hours. However, please be aware that our walls and floors are not soundproof, so some normal living sounds such as footsteps, conversations, or movement may be heard between rooms or floors.
