Beachside Studio is a self-contained studio centrally located to the best of what the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Leave your car parked and take a 5 minute stroll to the dog friendly off leash surf beach, local cafés and shops. Spend your mornings/afternoons walking the newly completed walking/bike pathway running alongside the beach right down to Currimundi or north to Point Cartwright. The space Split system air-conditioned private studio including a fully functional kitchenette with electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave and sink. 42" Smart TV with unlimited Wifi. High quality comfy Queen Bed. Small private 6ft fully fenced yard. Guest access Kick back and relax, the studio is all yours! Other things to note EXTRA GUESTS - We have a small foldable mattress extra guests, more suitable for travelling parents with a child/teenager. But an extra adult is more than welcome to stay also, we are able to offer this extra guest free of charge as we don't supply linen/bedding and ask to please bring your own PET OWNERS - We are pet friendly and you are more than welcome to bring along your little loved ones. We charge no extra for pets, but do ask to please bring your own dog blanket/mat if they will be sleeping inside the studio. FRONT YARD - Due to the amount of pets and foot traffic coming through the studio, we do struggle to maintain the grass outside, we have tried everything, laid new turf etc but it just won't withstand the foot traffic and area it is in and we do hope for your understanding WIFI - Generally the wifi is reliable and fast, but can in overcast/heavy rain days become patchy and slower and we ask you to please take that into consideration on your stay COFFEE/TEA - We do our best to keep stock of instant coffee/coffee mate and an assortment of teas and sugars, we don't stock milk. We do have Jimmy's coffee only a few minutes walk from the studio that opens at 4.30am every morning.
