New studio with terrace and independent entrance

Relax in this new and well-equipped studio, ideal for a professional stay or a weekend in Élancourt. Located in the garden of our house, within a gated and secure residence, it has a separate entrance and a dedicated terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The studio includes a functional kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, and a comfortable double bed. Free street parking outside the residence (no indoor parking). The kitchen includes everything you need: microwave, mini-fridge, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishes and storage. The modern bathroom has a nice shower, towels and toiletries. For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with an Android Smart TV with Netflix included, the Orange TV app and high-speed Wi-Fi. You will sleep in a double bed (140 x 190 cm) prepared with full bed linen (sheets, duvet, covers and pillows). The studio is an annex adjoining our house and has access to part of the garden, shared with us. You will be a 5-minute drive (or 25-minute walk) from France Miniature and close to shops and transport Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio as well as a private terrace area located in the garden of the house, with a table and two chairs reserved for them, just outside the accommodation. Parking is free and easy on the street, right across the street from the residence (no indoor parking). The entrance is independent and autonomous, for more flexibility and peace of mind. Other things to note The studio is an annex attached to our house, with independent entrance. It has no windows, but is still comfortable, well-equipped, and pleasant to stay in thanks to its layout and the outdoor terrace in the garden.
