Hobart Homestead

The whole group will enjoy easy access to Stamford and Hobart from this very central location. Located walking distance to Hobart and it’s many destination book shops. There is an entrance to the rail trail just across highway 10. Follow the winding trail along the pumpkin patch to the Catskills Rail Trail The space A grand old Greek revival this large house was split into two separate units years ago. The larger half of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with sizable living and dining rooms and a study/fireplace as well as a full kitchen. This half of the house is for guest use as well as the use of the porch. The side yard with the hammock and firepit and charcoal grill is also for guests to enjoy. Please feel free to explore the grounds and the hill behind the house. Guest access Guests will have the full use of the big half of the house and the grounds. While I do live in the smaller attached unit I’m happy to say hello and share recommendations and/or a glass of wine or leave you to enjoy your stay on your own. Noise does not travel as the units are separated by a central hallway.
