Welcome to the "Land of the Waterfalls" The vacation home is nestled in the mountains of Lake Toxaway. It is conveniently located between Brevard and Cashiers, NC. Outdoor enthusiasts...Enjoy our mountains and see what Western North Carolina has to offer, including 250 Waterfalls. If you love mountain biking, encounter over 400 miles of trails. You can also pack some gear and hit up some walking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The space This house is located on a small family farm, so you'll hear the rooster in the early morning off in the distance, more than likely you'll hear the chickens clucking around, you'll hear the dogs barking at the birds and I'm sure you'll occasionally hear the heavy machines being operated in the distance. Enjoy the property with an evening of grilling over the firepit, eat at the table on the covered deck or take a short ride to some local restaurants. 7 minutes to Rosman, NC 15 minutes to Brevard, NC 20 minutes to Cashiers, NC 40 Minutes to Highlands, NC 45 Minutes to Hendersonville, NC 1 Hour to Arden/Asheville, NC No smoking inside (of any kind) Absolutely NO pets! Guest access When you enter the driveway from Hwy 64, you'll stay to the right when the driveway forks. There you'll be able to enter the house with your own key code for the door. Other things to note We have a STRICT, NO ANIMAL policy! If you are caught with an animal, you will be asked to leave with NO reimbursement. This is due to the farm as well as the cleaner and other guests having allergies.
