The space Welcome to your charming Airbnb in Benton Park / Soulard, Saint Louis! As you step inside, you're greeted by an open-concept layout that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The decor exudes French boho charm, with stylish yet comfortable furniture pieces, vibrant textiles, and whimsical accents scattered throughout the space. Your group or family will have a great time with the full sized ping pong table or challenge each other to a game of Pac-man or Golden Tee. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features all the amenities you need, from a stove and oven to a microwave and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together or catching up on work on our provided desk and workspace. The two bedrooms offer cozy retreats for guests, one adorned with elegant touches and featuring a luxurious king-sized bed while the other bedroom features large windows and a cozy queen sized bed. Soft, flowing blackout curtains frame the windows, allowing natural light to filter in and create a serene ambiance. The full bathroom is beautifully appointed, complete with a shower/tub combo and all the essentials you need for your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment space. No spaces are shared by others. Other things to note Potential for noise: We are located next door to Arzola’s Fajitas and Margaritas. So expect noise from the restaurant to carry over a bit. There is also a tenant that lives above our unit with children so you will hear footsteps and noise occasionally. We are also located right off the street so you can also expect a little street noise. We provide ear plugs and noise machines, if needed, to ensure you get a great night sleep. Also note that the king bedroom does NOT have floor to ceiling walls. So please take this into consideration if you are traveling as part of a group and are seeking complete privacy from noise. *Due to increased issues regarding local guests, we are currently NOT accepting reservation requests from anyone from the STL area or within 50 miles of the city. * Cleanliness & Comfort Guarantee We take your comfort seriously! Our space is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, and we routinely have it checked and treated by professionals to keep it fresh and pest-free.
