Depending on the duration of your stay, fees for bringing a pet vary as follows: if staying between 1 to 4 nights, there is a charge of $35 per night; for stays lasting from 5 to 29 nights, a fee of $250 per pet applies; and for stays of 30 nights or longer, the fee increases to $400 per pet. The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs. GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED To meet legal obligations and property security guidelines, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is only used for screening purposes and is neither stored nor utilized for any other purposes. All guests must sign a rental agreement governing the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to: Upon booking, guests must comply with our rental terms and conditions, furnish a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in, undergo a background check if mandated by the property management or owner as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms, and finalize our verification process to receive check-in instructions. Guests must provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria. Every reservation carries a $49 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
